(EL) How do i give fuel to stranded ships?
Do i need it in my cargo or can i transfer from my ship tank somehow?

Giving fuel to a stranded ship (contractually) is accomplished by targeting the ship, approaching to a maximum of 1000 (whatever the units) and pressing (default) F4.

Yeah, and be careful too, some stranded guys can get hostile when they get the fuel. Almost like they are bating you.
