The menu is acting so WEIRD for me. I can click on certain things and it responds. Other times it doesn't. I want to get into playing this and have a server setup, but this is really aggravating. I made a screen capture of what is going on.
What you will see is me being able to click on menu items on the left side. . . till one window opens and i can't click the "X" to close it. Then you will see I can't click on ANYTHING on the multiplayer side of the screen and have it respond. What is going on??!
Here is a link to the capture:

Your video is marked private, so no one can watch it.

You have not posted system specs for anyone to try and help you diagnose what may be going on.

Is this Legacy or Mercenary or Arvoch?

The description is a little vague, but once more information is provided, I can review it to try and determine what may be happening.

The only thing that comes to mind at this point is that a (forced) Windows 10 update recently broke some control input functionality in general for many games for users of certain input devices. Otherwise, I'll need to review what is happening with more information to try and determine what it might be.

Is that a Black Widow Razer keyboard? If so, you may want to look into the KB3140743 Windows 10 update as it may have caused this issue on your system. Namely, intermittent loss of input device functionality (mouse, keyboard, gamepad, etc) when running games. If that is the cause for you, the only option is to uninstall that update until Microsoft fixes it.

Forum user Dhuran provided some additional information here (one of the follow up Windows 10 updates apparently reintroduced the problem): http://www.starwraith.com/forum/viewtop ... #pid186661

You can also google the update number KB3140743 to review other posts and solutions around the net for other games. That Windows 10 update has broken differing input functionality in quite a number of games.

Other versions of Windows and various other input devices generally won't encounter the issue. No word yet on when/if Microsoft will fix the issue in Windows 10.

ok. Yes I'm using Blackwidow. Thanks for the reply. Turns out I also had my XBOX One controller plugged in as well. unplugged that and it seems to be working. Sigh.
Thanks for the help!

Yes, the core problem stems from changes Microsoft made to XInput in those updates, of which an Xbox One controller is tied to. So one solution (if you don't need an Xbox One controller in a game you play), is to unplug that controller.

hmm I didn't even know that, well then I will be removing that update and blocking it! cheers Vice.
I also have multiple xbox controllers including an Xbox One device. However this issue is quite rare for me.
