Feature Request (EL) Racing Rings - Solar Panel - Cockpit modding

Oh I got the Perch and the Perch Max in engine np.
Others use Perch 2.0 I found an updated one by Viper, Perch 2.1 was on few posts down.

Been temping to use the target textures in overhaul project.. But decided on making our own.

Anyway I'm getting off topic. Got Perch In game however all the HUD data and display data are outdated and other than the model file everything else other than basic HUD elements like cursors need re working.

Youd be better off starting with ELs gauges and HUD Text files and re alignment of the with the values from Perchs texturing wise you will need completely new glass and interior maps. It's a lot of work by that I mean a lot to get it where it would need to be however you could use a basic texture and use ELs displays np

Blender already has the option to export to an .x file ... but, unless you can locate a plug-in somewhere, it won't import an .x file.

Oh the coffee button is there :P
Just the textures for everything are mis-aligned greatly and all of the cockpit displays are completely messed up, as stated they all need to be customized to fit correctly in the Perch as Perch is based on EMII so all of its gauges and hud data files are outdated in a big way..

The textures seem to work, though the Perch does not exactly accommodate the extra displays in Legacy it's probably worth some model edits and a texture remap. I would do it but I have an already busy life right now and I still need to help DaveK with OtH remake and help test that new capital ship that is floating around which was sent to me.

Combine those with continued support for my own project and its pretty busy when I have time to mod I already have enough to do so maybe somebody else should fix the Perch

Personally in Perch 2.1 I prefer the MAX cockpit as it would fit a hull design better the Perch itself is just a capsule looking thing while the cockpit is nice it looks like an escape pod and not my style plus when you use third person view immersion is broken when swap between the inside and outside view and look around inside to see nothing behind you. I would probably mix the Perch with the Max design the best of open forward view and still have a dash and a nice rear cockpit.
