Just played 30 minutes for nothing, as by (MY) mistake, I clicked EXIT on the menu... I'm sure some of you know how it feels: the moment you click, you understand it was wrong...... but, too late
A little YES/NO confirmation might be usefull, sometimes :-)
Hmm, not a bad idea, considering that manual saving is a large part of the game. Auto-save can be enabled for when you dock, but yeah, I've done this before. Clicked 'Exit' when I really just wanted to 'Exit' the menu, not the game. And like you said, definitely my fault but a confirmation would be nice. While we're on the topic of confirmations, can we get a confirmation maybe with jettison'ing stuff? Like have to press the J key twice? That way you can keep it mapped to a controller button and not have to use the keyboard to press 'Y' if it were a "yes,no" question.
I've jettisoned my stuff accidently a few times, Alt-Tab is the worst offender, so I always try to pause and bring up my Steam Overlay before Alt-Tabbing now. Not everyone can bring up the Steam overlay, if you downloaded the game directly I don't think you can (unless you added the game to Steam as a non-steam shortcut).
Radikal, I'd still want the auto-save on exit to be optional. There are times I save at a station and travel somewhere and it ends up that I don't want to save so I can start again back at the station.
