Unable to connect

Post by Foxwing Delta »

Lately whenever I try to connect to a server I will receve the message
"Connection failed. IP address may be wrong or blocked or game is full"
Could this possibly be a connection error on my end? Or do I just have the misfortune of every server being full :/

I don't know how many EL servers there are but if you can't connect to any of them then you should see if you have a firewall or antivirus or something blocking the needed ports.
If it's firewall or NAT related you may need to Port Forward the necessary ports.
If it's firewall or antivirus you need to have the programs allow EL access.
You'll have to ask Vice or someone which ports are being used since I can't run the game and don't know.

Sometimes a particular server may just be down or full.

Thanks, that might be the issue I didn't even think about ports
