[EL] sound stuttering on pilot selection screen and main menu

sound stuttering happen on pilot selection screen and main menu. when i using v-sync off.
once i start the main game, it seem to fine.

Without system information, it's not practical to formulate a solution for you:

- What sound device(s) are you using?
- What driver/version number?
- What CPU?
- How much memory?
- What other programs are you running in the background?
- Version of Windows?
- What display device (make, model and memory) and driver?
- What non-default display settings (AA, triple buffering, etc)?
- What resolution are you running the game in?

Odds are, it's either a low resource issue (insufficient hardware configuration, overtasked CPU/system, etc) or a sound device specific problem.

Looks like you have 3 active audio devices running on the system. This could create a conflict/resource problem. Disables all but one of the audio devices (or just the virtual one), then launch and test the game for changes. Also, make sure you are using the latest driver for the X-Fi device if that's what you leave enabled.

that method aren't work on my machine....

however i remember, i'm using X-Fi's Realtime DTS encode.
i watched that. encode unstable when pilot selection screen and main menu with v-sync off.
