Is payments for clan stations, percentages and all something that has to be enabled on a server?

Yes:
- You change the amount of territory control credit given for clans by changing lines 940 and 941. Line 940 is the reward percentage for completing contracts, line 941 is the reward percentage for PvP kills.
There are only 2 factions now. You can tag with other ones but FDN and Alliance are the only ones that affect territory. There is no longer an auto-pay cycle.

I don't think that's the answer.
Vice told me payments don't start until you reach at least 80%.

As far as I know, Legacy has no "payment" option.

Hey PaulB, hope you're doing well. Have you tried EL on your laptop? Someone else was saying it runs better than EM on theirs. Hope to see you around soon.

I haven't tried - Vice says on the web site that EL doesn't support DX 9.0c or Windows XP so why waste time downloading it.From post: 183460, Topic: tid=12273, author=Bodega wrote:sorry, does the demo even launch?

It supports Dx9Ex, which is Dx9c..kindof, just a different OS. WinXP could work but itd be a nightmare.
If your video card can do shader model 3.0 then it might be able to "run".
Source : similar setup.
If you have Win 7 for the laptop, or the DX 10 XP unofficial patch, it's worth a try to "waste" a download.
Don't just try clicking the .exe in XP without any DX10 (which included Dx9c Ex)
That would be a waste of time.
PS. It does run better than EM and look nicer, imagine that. Alot of that has to do with Dx9Ex and how MS OSes past XP handle video memory <--> RAM swapping.
So my setup saw a huge improvement.
Other guys with crap tons of VRAM will likely see no difference / worse performance.....by a little bit. Of course depending on their CPUs most of all.

Do, or do not, there is no try.
