Clans/Corporations?

Just bought legacy and really getting into the game but i wanted to find a corporation for me and some of my buds that are checking it out to join. Where would i go to find info on the different corps available for the game?

You should select either Federation (FDN) or Alliance (ALC). You can still create your own clan but it won't register in-game.

actually i meant a player group with a TS that was active to join up play...

Hi Viper691,

For the previous game EM there were a lot of clans. Since EL is so new (4 days old!) I think clans are still evaluating how they are going to function within the context of the Alliance-Federation set up.

You can find all the established clans on the forum here: Multiplayer Clan Forum

As I said that was originally for EM but I'm sure some of those clans are still together for EL.

IM has been flying as a clan since Legends and continues to fly as a clan in Legacy ... doing our best to defend and expand the Federation.

UE has also been around since the time of Legends

Now I think it's only me left

but UE will continue in Legacy. With the new faction structure, exploring space within the enemy faction should be an interesting challenge. I haven't decided yet if we will permanently choose one faction... UE has traditionally been a neutral clan so maybe we'll be an independent organisation, working for either the Alliance or the Feds, depending on our specific mission objectives.

Well, in MP you can do that by selecting your faction at the launch page. But, once in the game, you'll only be welcome at stations and cities of your chosen faction.

... something I discovered last night. On Monday I started the game as Alliance in Pearl. Last night I thought I'd try out being Federation. Of course it didn't occur to me that I would still spawn in Pearl, the heart of Alliance territory! When the game launched I was immediately ejected from the station and met with a barrage of turret gunfire!
