Low FPS in training

So I recently downloaded the demo for Evochron Mercenary and the FPS is inexplicably low. My system specs are:

Processor AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor
Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
Memory 8.1 GB
Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 10240), 64-bit

any help would be appreciated.

Hello and welcome. The most likely cause I can think of for that problem is that you are not using the best display driver for your 970. If you left the Windows 10 generic drive in place after you updated the OS, then that's probably all it is. Update to the official driver from Nvidia for your display device and it should work fine.
