greetings and salutations...
...to the community! i just recently laid my hands on em, after playing the crap out of privateer gemini gold, thinking that my 10yr old laptop couldn't run anything more advanced. what a surprise! everything runs smoothly even on relatively high resolutions, except around the planets but who cares. anyway, to cut the long story short, i've installed some of the mods i thought would add to the immersion, and everything works like a charm except for the cylon textures for vonari ships (i didn't wanna change civ or mil ships). i've downloaded cptn caveman's mod from here, yet i'm not sure i understood the readme instructions correctly. anyway, sorry for contributing only with questions. thank you all very much for your efforts in making this beautiful game even better. cheers!

greetings and salutations...
first create a folder named ships and put it into the games main directory
there are 3 vonari ship folders in the download.
interceptor, fighter and bomber.
copy the contents of each and place them in the ships folder
