Great that you found the Erato II beacon, MrW! It's no trouble at all, lending assistance when requested. Just hope that I can recall enough of the beacon quest you're pursuing, to be of assistance. May have to do some chasing around in Legends a bit. :)

 Such is the case with most of the beacons. Which are objects I sorely miss in Mercenary ... you could do a lot of cool things with those beacons.

These beacon quests add a great deal to the game, I'm finding. :) And thank goodness for the guide, because some of the clues are quite cryptic. Lots of fun, this Legends!

I have a couple of questions.

1. Does anyone still have the city mod for Evochron Legends? The original download link expired. The very impressive Youtube video seems to have come from a talented modder at this forum named Earl, who lost the mod, but then another user, Hopsalot, found part or all of it(? -- the environment.rar) and returned it to him. http://www.starwraith.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6120 I'm not sure whether the mod was then distributed again; I can't find it. If anyone has it, I would be grateful for download information and installation instructions.

2. Is it possible to buy military ships in the same pilot profile as had been used with civilian ships? Wherever I go, I don't seem to get an option to buy mil. ships.

Thanks in advance.

2. If I recall correctly you need to dock with a carrier. (Warzones)

Hello,

I am still playing R an L but I seem to remember something about a garage.

It enabled you too own more than one ship.

I have not played for a couple of years and am just getting back into it before purchasing the latest releases, I have forgotten so much and remembered so much.

I have forgotten how to navigate a black hole, so I am bashing my head against the wall at the moment, but I will get there, help not needed yet.

Still looking for all the stuff I used to have, well remember having.

 The H2GE quests, parts 1 and 2, will remind you how to survive an excursion through a black hole ... as well as reacquaint you with other goodies in the Evoverse.

First thing I did once I had built a better ship and equipment levels was go on the quest.

I was trying to go through one of the Black Holes and was failing so I headed too Sol for some rest and relaxation and upgrades.

I am parked in the Orion Sector currently, just about to go back to the game and head too you know where and try again.

If anyone did not understand that, you have not completed the Beacon Quest, and I am not going to spoil it for you. But just so you know, the Quest is important, can't remember why currently ( not played for 4 years ) but I think I remember why as I am still missing one piece of equipment I used to have.

Hello,

A little update, I worked out what I was doing wrong and have now made a ton of credits.

I was thinking too small in my adjustments of destination co-ords.
