Checklist
Can you use the in-game voice chat system (checks your phones/mike)?
As Iron man said - we need some info to help you

- you've installed the TS programme
- you've got a mike/headset and it's plugged in
- you've checked that the mike and phones aren't muted
- you've tried one of the public servers (just to check that your system works) - In TS click on connections > server list and try one of the public servers that don't need a password
- you have a valid link to a server with EM players: try ts93.light-speed.com:5781 - no password needed - it's called Planet Express
