Good Day,
Is their any where besides in the game that I can copy and print the 'Game Controls' pages; kb, mouse and joystick.
Also, as yet I haven't come across in the guides any description of what axis's are what are they used for please?
Thanks in advance for your kind help.

 Try the main game folder. It contains a ReadMe file and a diagram of all keyboard controls. Other than that, you can do a "Prt Sc" (print screen) of each Game Control page and then paste each one to MS Paint by either pressing Alt-Tab to access Paint (if active) or pressing WinKey-D to access desktop.

If i understand your question, you assign the axes to whatever you want them to control (that can be controlled by an axis).
For example: I'm quite backwards from most people (it's the only way I can function half awy effectively):
I have Axis 1 assigned to Turn (Yaw) - most people would assign it to Roll
I have axis 2 assigned to Pitch (is normal) but I've had to marked Invert - I'm trying to us it uninverted but if I can't get the hang of it I may have to go back and Invert it again.
I have axis 3 assigned to Roll (most people would assign it to Turn (Yaw).
I have axes 4 & 5 assigned to Strafe on the 2nd stick on my gamepad.
And it you had a throttle you would assign an axis to that.
So it's up to you which axes you use for what purpose.

Thank you Paul,
So I'm getting the idea you get 'axises' only when you are using a joystick
or a hand-held game controller device.
Not with key-board or mouse.
Guess I'm showing how dated this old boot is!

Thanks again for your help.
