Oh, but we need the other parts anyway and we are still perfecting the mind control devices and human brains have proven to be the very best for that particular research. ; )
We know they are not very effective as fighter ship computers but other species are not easy to find and we have tried with a few we captured and found them to be even worse than the humanz.
Chicken brains might work better, I wonder.
