Minimal internet debit connection

Hello. I was just wandering how much debit i need have to play in mp on evochron mercenary.
Ive tried played yesterday from a library and the page where i can refresh the server was empty everytimes i tried refresh it. I believe the explanation was the debit of the library.

By debit, do you mean bandwidth? If so, it's very minimal for checking server stats and even initially connecting. It could be that the library may have just been blocking those types of connections to prevent/restrict online gaming. It's also possible that whatever the connection type they used, it was slow enough to fail to connect to a server within the required 4 seconds.

Every library I've ever heard of blocks anything that might be seen as a gaming server by their network.

I'm quite surprised the coffee shop you used the last time you logged into CAV didn't do the same. Those places usually allow the morning news feed and emails type things and nothing more.

Yes im speaking about banwidth sorry.
That could explain if they put a blocking things. I was not able lauch steam client on my computer either but it was working good on my phone so. Im not sure how the library deal with it.

Yes chicken I'm surprise as well this coffee shop allowed me last time get on.
I'm moving to Melbourne shortly hopefully i could get a descent Connection.

It's the world we now inhabit! Last year we were looking for a new home: much could be compromised but the following were primary considerations and not negotiable!:

3-6 acres of paddocks + stables + a school (or the room to build one) in good riding country - yep, Her Ladyship has a horse and a hankering for her own land and that was the driving force for the move!
bedrooms: 3 (so I can have one for my chaotic workroom to be hidden away out of sight)
separate dining room and lounge (so one of us can read if the other wants to watch a vid)
loos@ 2+ (can't cope with morning queues)
internet speed: >2Mbits - not just for playing Evochron - (here I'm lucky enough to have 35Mbits (average) and a promise from the ISP of 50Mb by the Summer)

A couple of decades ago I would have laughed at the thought that internet access would be a prime requirement for a house move, but . . . It's the world we now inhabit!

Such places do exist, but sadly not within our budget!
