Looking for a ghost planete

Hi there,
I'm looking for one ghost planete. Already looking during 8 hour I need some advice because I start give up.
Sun doesn't work because in this system there are no sun.
I hired a science ops and a navigator but they didn't give any usefull information.
Have you some idea?
Ps : the system is huge as sol so that give you an idea about what I'm looking for

If you find a ghost planet, try landing on it.

Please let me know how it goes, but don't ask for any help from me because if I did know something, then I wouldn't be able to say so since I might not know anything.

Are these different ghost planets to the ones that used to show up way, way out from Sapphire (tens or hundreds of thousands of sectors?)

If so, you can't actually reach them (they run away as you approach) never mind land on one!

The pre-expansion ghost planets have been "removed" from the Evoverse. Or, perhaps I should say that they've been exorcised.

How is it a "system" if there's no star? This is just a rogue planet drifting through interstellar space.

Every planet's name will, as you get closer to the planet than you are to any other planet, show up in the Navigation Console. That's how Atollski's program works. And, if you're running the expanded version of the game (2.xxx), you can travel beyond the old limit without seeing any "mirror images" of some other planet located elsewhere.

For the moment i will continue looking this planet. If i can't i will share what i discovered.

Yes splosive there no sun in that system apparently or maybe there are one but it doesnt apear on my cockpit......

I've sent a message to Vice to make sure there a something out there and he said there are many point of interest and it doesn't show up on the radar so its only visual.
So the system its defenely too big for me i will probably need back up soon if someone want propose his help.

If Vice wasn't talking about the "cloaked" planet in the Andromeda galaxy, then we have all been missing something!

well I've been a litle bit curious after what you told me last time Marvin when I asked if such of unknow equipment or weapon wasn't existing. You answer me not yes not no and Vice didn't say anything ..... So I start to look see jay map and try to see where was the part who as been the most visited. After I asked around the part of the universe who as been visited I go on my way somewhere and after 12h of jump in the same direction I arrive to this system. More information soon I almost give up ahah give me 1 or 2 more day to try.

Actually it was so far away than that will be the reason why that haven't been found yet :S not sure.

Upper left corner of the navigation map will tell you the name of the system. You can then compare it to MapMan's list.

Here we are I give up I need help if people want join the expedition.

I found a system call : Andromeda (2?)

After I analyse the Seejay map I noticed none uncharted system was found down alpha Centaury so I decided start looking down there. after a couple of hour I meet See Jay online. After a few words exhange he told me the far area who was visited by player in this area was 9999.0.9999. Darek have been visited far away on the west side of the map he told me
So I decided continue on that after 6 station build and over 12 h of jump I arrive to andromeda 2 : around 1250.0.-18 000
The differenc with the Andromeda we know it's possible to build station and exchange with the ai. So i diceded to continue on that way. And arrive to the point : 2000.0.-28 000. But After a couple of jump the universe change. I was still in Adromeda but the ai change I couldn't build station anymore for refuel or exange anything with the ai. So I refuel with the deploy fuel. I arrived finally to this point. After a couple of hour research around I didn't found any point of interest. I decided to go to the total opposite of Andromeda. -2 000.0.-28 000. I past a couple of h to looking there without anything interesting so far.

Well what I know I understand better my 2 primary weapon than looking for uncharted planete and even worst when there are ghost so you have bigger chance than me to find something .......

Thx you by advance for people who want join into this expedition. I will upload this post if I see something. What I know it's I have a 3100 fuel trank and I regret I didn't up grade at 4000.

Yup ... Andromeda. That was what I found, too. And, thinking back on how the Evoverse is constructed, I think I know why.

That interesting ahah. I check also the 2 place -2000.0.-28 000 and 2000.0.-28 000 if there are a ghost planete like in andromeda 1.
Ive been to the 2 place where it should find this planet without success.

If you knew about it could you please tell me what can I found there?

A planet ? a object or something?

So if I understand what you try to say the evoverse will be build in opposite? Sorry that exceed my knowledge ahah.

try going alot farther, over 100,000 sectors

495,000 sect is the farthest ive gone and there
were several ghost planets but that was pre expansion
so they may not exist anymore
