Hi having trouble with connecting to multiplayer, keep getting connection failed, I used to be able to connect but had to do system restore & now can not connect, I am playing thru steam, fyi did diable firewall & sys security so iam not sure why its not giving me a list of ip addresses ? any help would be appreciated , thanks in advance.

Not enough information to go on to try and help you, unfortunately. Please follow the posting guidelines for this section of the forum, including relevant system specifications (ie network device, driver versions, modem make/model, internet service provider, name of security programs you have in place, reason for your system restore, etc).
As a guess without needed details, you probably have something between the game and your external internet connection point that is blocking it from retrieving the server list. Can't really say what that might be though without knowing more about what you are using and what may have happened to your system prompting the restore (which sounds like it is related since the problem surfaced after you performed it). Something may have been rolled back to a point that removed connection accessibility, a setting was changed/restored that is now blocking the game, or something has been damaged/corrupted on your system that may be causing it. I would also suggest double checking your exception list(s) to make sure the game is truly being allowed to access the internet like it needs to. I received some hardware stats, but no msinfo report as detailed at the link I posted. Without that, I still won't know what software you're running along with specifics on driver versions and more specific hardware information.
