@ Arrakkh

There was once an Evo-verse pilot who was rather gifted at modding. Occasionally, as a gaffe, he would fly a salvage crate around the 'verse. The crate itself was green-colored, looked like a 'regular' salvage/container 'box', and the ship frame designator always came up TALON on the radar. Could this be the 'bright, transparent cube' that you are describing ?

I don't think so. It was not green, but White light, bright and transparent. It disappeared as the spacecraft entered inside it.

to catch floating spaghetti with the mouth is a very good excercise for an unexperienced pilot like me!
