Nope. Higher economy/tech systems generally have the build and/or deploy constructor equipment. You may have to station-hop to find what you want. Try systems to the north and east of Sapphire.

found it in atlas, then found a way to make good cash reselling terrain walkers. now I got 27 mill, mammoth decked out and all stations in a nebula in atlas XD

There's a good run: Talison-Cerulean-Atlas...if you can find it. Sometimes you can expand the catch-field thru a circuitous route, not limited to the trine. Buy low, sell high. Atlas is the paymaster.

haha yea, sadly made 50 mill the other day, then the power went out n I didn't save, so I gotta spam sellin terrain walkers again hehe. was thinkin bout also taking 5 of those bad boys to one of the Green economy systems that I had a good rep with to sell. should make a hefty profit.
