Not quite sure which texture you're referring to there. I'd suggest the texture name list in the customizing kit (available here: http://www.starwraith.com/evochronmerce ... nloads.htm then open the ReadMe.txt file > HUD and Cockpit section). It should provide the name and description for the one you're looking for.I am tying to edit a texture but can't find it (I am looking through HUDs that other people have edited btw :/ ) It is the little green box without corners that covers selected targets. I want to make it bigger. Could you tell me where to find it please?
Awesome in 3D Vision! Thanks Starwraith!

Awesome! Thanks to Vice's hard work and patience I have edited/removed some textures to make it (I think) pretty much spot on in 3D.
http://speedy.sh/knpW3/Evochron-Mecenar ... eaksV2.rar
I have removed the target boxes so only the info text remains below (you can still see all the targets but they are not obscured by the doubling boxes anymore); I have increased the size of some of the target circles because they were too small where they were rendered. I have also removed the artifical horizon because it was too close as well as the target shield indicators both of these have info elsewhere so are redundent. If you want the Artificial Horizon back, simply delete the HUD tape and HUDtapshadow files and remove the text file for the shield indicators.
To install, just dump the HUD folder and the text file into the folder where your EM exe is.
Edit = Screenies: http://photos.3dvisionlive.com/andysono ... 3410000b3/
FYI: I have used the textures from Viper's Silicum HUD pack. I hope this person doesn't mind!

Looks Good, I have been able to almost completely remove the Red and Green Ghosting in 3D Vision at Maximum 100% Depth and at frame rates of 115-130!
How?, just by wearing my cheap paper Anaglyph glasses over my Anaglyph clip on Glasses, so just by wearing double anaglyph glasses almost completely removes the ghosting after a while you do not even notice it any more!.......
:P
For the Frame Rate, once you have the 3D Vision working in "Full Screen Locked mode", switch to "(WM) Optimized No V-sync)".
You will have to do the converging over every time you enter in this mode but you get no loss in performance!......

When I tried anaglyph I spent AGES trying to pick the precise cyan for my glasses to solve the ghosting issue! It never occurred to me to use two pairs. I found the red side was fine, so I would probably just double up the blue side!
Just in case you haven't tried, have you tried pressing Ctrl + F7? That should save your convergence setting.

As I was trying to figure out what was causing the ghosting which was the same amount for the red and green ghosting, I realized that each side of my anaglyph clip on glasses was bleeding the same amount of red and green respectively. From post: 160664, Topic: tid=10732, author=andysonofbob wrote:When I tried anaglyph I spent AGES trying to pick the precise cyan for my glasses to solve the ghosting issue! so this gave me the idea to try with double glasses!....
And as for the convergence setting save, I have not tried that yet.
will do the next time!....

OK, I used the Ctrl+F7 to save the in game convergence settingsFrom post: 160672, Topic: tid=10732, author=Maarschalk wrote:As I was trying to figure out what was causing the ghosting which was the same amount for the red and green ghosting, I realized that each side of my anaglyph clip on glasses was bleeding the same amount of red and green respectively. From post: 160664, Topic: tid=10732, author=andysonofbob wrote:When I tried anaglyph I spent AGES trying to pick the precise cyan for my glasses to solve the ghosting issue! and it worked, but know I can not get the 3D Vision working in the other modes like (FS) Locked Mode, (FS) Locked Mode No Vsync and (WM) Optimized!......

I have no idea.
When I first got the game I thought it used OpenGL because the 3D never kicked in! Then it started working. I put it down to the game running in optimized WM. Now it runs in whatever! Fickle.
For me I always have to turn the 3D on using the Ctrl + T toggle though.

OK, Starting from scratch I finally figured out the culprit! If I have (FS) Locked Mode selected and Antialiasing set to OFF in the In Game OPTIONS menu then the game will not run in 3D in this mode or any other mode if I did not use Ctrl+F7 to save convergence settings in any mode. Once I use Cdtrl+F7 to save the convergence setting in a certain mode the game will only run in 3D in that particular mode setting any time you launch the executable Evochron Mercenary file while that mode is active and selected unless you saved your convergence settings when playing in (FS) Locked Mode with Antialiasing set to 2X, 4X or 8X! If you turn off Antialiasing in (FS) Locked Mode then next time you launch EM it will not run in 3D vision! I do not know why but that is how it seems to work. It looks like when you Hit Ctrl+F7 the NVidia software creates a EvochronMercenary 3D compatible file, to start from scratch to do the tests I had to remove this File from Nividias Control Panel under "Manage 3D Settings" -> "Program Settings" Tab -> click "EvochronMercenary" file and click remove!.....
