Maybe, maybe not. How 'bout we have the same 'tourney' that [M] had with you just to see - hypothetically - if [DR] Hagan would get Rucker back (provided Hagan was still around).

How about this?

IF I win. - Deneb becomes [EMC], and is immune for 3 months from attacks / harassment - no matter how many other systems of yours we evict you from.

IF I lose. - Then [EMC] will pack up it's claim on Deneb and relocate to a System in the South West corner. [EMC] will be out of [FF]'s hair for awhile, and If our new home has prior tenants, then you can spectate while some other poor sucker deals with their eviction notice.

[EMC] is working on expanding it's nefarious operations into the realm of ILLICIT GAMBLING.

More accurately, if Capt_Chronic is willing, bets would be placed on system(s) and station(s) alike. The conditions for battle would be set, and the winner would have CaptC remove stations / replace control % directly from the Universe File of the Server. Provided that it is even possible.

An impartial REFEREE (preferably with video recording capabilities) might be needed though in the event that CaptC exercises his right to not be bothered keeping track of server logs and a dispute arises.

ALL newly gained system control would be IMMUNE from attacks to regain control for 1 month of CaptC's post that control has been transferred.

Re-betting for newly lost systems / betting with newly gained systems would be allowable after 24 hours.

All members of respective clans would be able to propose bets, but ONLY Clan Leaders / personnel AUTHORIZED by the Clan Leader may approve to proceed with the action.

It is quite possible and very easy to replace control of stations in the server program. His main headache though would be singling out the deneb stations. But they would pretty much be on the bottom of the list as that is how its organized.

That's if Capt_C even decides it would be worth the effort to agree to participate in the first place.

It doesn't nessecarily have to be all stations either. It could be just one or two provided the station(s) name(s) and coordinates were given.

(Though taking a stab at getting every [opposing clan] tagged station on the whole server removed would be the ultimate in high-stakes gambling!!!! )

Spectator betting would be solely at the discretion / regulation of said spectators.

Perhaps a 'bookie' feature could be worked out.

[EMC] will be creating it's own House of Ill Repute thread soon to avoid hijacking [FF]'s thread and to refine the concept.

Freedom Fighter Commodore Cargo has been promoted!
