So I finally made it to a city on a planet. Then a second one. I noticed something odd... the cities don't sit flush to the planet surface, but instead, are detached from the ground and situated vertically instead of how you'd expect... like they are sideways and not planted correctly.
Is this a bug?
Is this because I play online?

It's probably happening because you have a city mod installed designed for version 1.X and not 2.X. Any old city mods for 1.X will need to be rotated to align with the new 2.X format to appear correctly in the new version.

I think I have been using a city mod... The Starport city one. I'll remove it and hopefully it will fix it. I had totally forgotten I installed it a while back.
