My Reputation Problem/Issue

Hi everyone!,
So I have been playing the game on and off for the last year.
I really enjoy it, but I don't have much time to play usually.

So I spent about 12 hours of game play getting my rep in cerulean up to good.
Well happy after all this time.
I pop over to atlas to sell some stuff and it's back to Fair again!

So my question is.

Is your system rep not permanent either?

I assumed it was just when you have been working towards a certain level it would reset. Not the global one.

Well annoyed with that. Well at least i made loads of money and improved my combat. But it feels so disappointing.

Are you playing on line (MP) or by yourself (SP)?

I'm playing single player.

I just now improved my rep at the other trading area in cerulean (C850). Got it where it was announced on my msg thing rep has gone to good.

I go to the constructer and my rep is fair again.

Whats the point in improving your rep if it doesn't last.

I'm getting quicker at doing it now but it's a chore now.

If you can catch the event again after is shifts to good, please send me a copy of the profile both before and after the reputation change (each saved to a different slot). Perhaps there is a bug for that location that is preventing the save event or the updated reputation data.

No problem I will send all of which have the word pilot on them.

I have no idea which is which. I just 10 mins ago used the save from last night around 1 30 am to redo the same thing.

I loaded the save (0130) checked my news console says, good.

I Jumped to the constructer and came back. I made another save (1030ish) where it says on the news console, Fair

So is this wrong?

Pilot0.sw would be for Pilot 1 in the profile menu. Is that the latest one you are using? If so, I'll test further with it. So far, it looks like there are two null rep ID's in the profile, so I'll be looking into those further as possibly related. Also, do you find this behavior in other systems or just Cerulean?

All the saves are of the same period/pilot.
I just installed the game on my desktop 2 days ago, and they are seperate saves before and after I left the systems(worried about losing my rep because i missed something). I just saved before and after. The earlier one is kind of the same from the first time my rep changed and it went back to fair again.

It is my first time. I haven't bothered to change my rep before as it takes so long.
