After reading about the new way stars are displayed in EM 2.0, I am trying to figure out how to get the star/sky the way I have it in EM1.8. I really, really like better than any I have seen.

Can I use just the single .png star image that I use for EM1.8?

And how do I do it?

And how do I keep the stars white?

The new background nebulae are really six-sided graphic images. See your previous query on how to apply them. If you want your nebula to take up only a small portion of the sky, then put it in only one corner of the graphic. That way, when the EvochronCubeMapUtility program converts the graphic, your nebula won't extend across the entire sky.

And can I just place the single .png graphic that I use in EM1.8 in all six positions?

Yes. You can assign the same background to all sets. I did that when testing a Milky Way background and it worked.

Yes, it worked.

If anyone would like my stars, here is the .png.

I love the uncluttered looked. Feels more like I am in space.
