Unable to find fulcrum torps

I've been able to find the in cerulean before , but now they disappeared . D: I'll b making trip o peal to find them in the mean time . Can i get a confirm on their new rarity?

Sometimes they're sold out. If the game code has been changed to limit their availability, it's news to me.

I still can find plenty of them around, tested the new arming sequence, seems to work fine!......
