Not sure if this goes here, but it is a technical problem - when i try change my avatar/sig in the forum control panel, it tells me that my email is ready registered? what the heck? im using the correct email and everything, but im not signing up, im editing an already existing account!

did you push EDIT PROFILE and NOT mess with the box that has your e-mail in it?

Not sure how this fits, but...
Well, im using my tablet for this, so the email box has my username in it, if i dont change that it gives me the invalid email error... humph.
