Im makeing a new avatar, its going to be a gif. What software would you recomend for free , or demo.

I'm assuming you want your avatar to be animated? Well I'm an enthusiastic Gimp user, and it lends itself perfectly for creating gif's. It's open-source and 100% free. Gimp enthusiasts will argue it is at least as capable as Photoshop. You can download it for free at http://www.gimp.org, and if you do a quick search on the net you'll be able to find a ton of tutorials about how to create a nice gif.

Yeah , iv'e found my old program that iv'e used in the past , its harder to use , but i find it easier . Its adobe photoshop CS6 . If anyone has a request i can make whatever you want avatar sized and usable.
