Just a few creatures I find to be creepy and at the same time amazing. Post your own.

Isopod

Tarantula Hawk

Golden Orb Weaver (not the bird the thing eating it! O_O)

Vampire Squid (Bigger than it actually looks)

Giant Centipede

Angler Fish

Star Nosed Mole

Stone Fish

Frilled Dragon

I've seen some of "Golden Orb Weaver" while traveling Indonesia... at first you cant believe it's a true spider web that is... over the... road... and what the hell in a corner... a toy ? a fake ? a joke ?

no, a giant spider waiting for you walking under... (most peoples dont see so they do); ,lol

my girlfriend found another way...

This is creepy, not just its looks but what it does.
(edit) This is a Isopod but the only one to functionally replace a host organ.

That they do all have their part to play in nature, I still can't help but imagine that parasite making the transfer from fish tongue to mine. (how ever unlikely it is)
