Secret Stuff In Game

Hi Guys

Cant find much info online so ill try here..

Are there and ships, items, or tech in this game thats "secret" ?

ships and items that dont come up on any buy list..

any info on secret ships, items. or tect would be great

There is a plethora, a veritable cornucopia, of hidden crates, shipwrecks, and other items to find. All ya gotta do is go peekin' around, and watch for the "purple blippage" on radar.. It may help to have a Sci-Opns and/or Nav Opns crew aboard, if'n yer a-cruisin' and explorin'. Or, ye can check with other pilots, see what they've found. They might be willing to do some horse-trading for info with you.

ahh ok sounds very good, is this plethora place a system ?

i do so much exploreing in game never found anywhere like this

'Plethora' is just an expensive sounding word for 'abundance'. Didn't know it either, had to look it up lol.

Don't blame yourself though, it's not your lack of knowledge of the English language - it's Sir Busch his 'plethora' of it. And every now and then he remembers one of those difficult words and just starts to talk weird. You will have to forgive him for that, I don't think he can help it. In these cases it's mostly best to just nod and smile.

I seem to recall a link with a 'je' or sumthin' like that in the addy for it. It's got some nice tips and locations in it.

Not that I've found many of 'em yet - still a "n00b' in the game.

Yo Filament! Welcome! Try either CJ's website(s), or the Clan [HB] stickied thread in the Clan/Role Play slice, in the forum headers. CJ's posted direct links in his signature bloc. It's either "[email protected]" or "[email protected]". But do please check his sig bloc, I could be in error. i have searched seejays site and spent hours on net trying to find any info on "secret" items but i cant find much.. a game this big must have secret items and tech...

but i get the feeling its a closely guarded secret...

i find weird stuff all the time when exploreing.. ships that look like borge cubes, unknown vonari. weird things in space..

but nothing i can fly or use..

Don't sweat the small stuff, J-S. There ARE secret and/or hidden items placed about the entire Evo-verse. Vice has done an excellent job of concealing them. Of course they're not published, else they wouldn't be "secret" or "hidden". Having a Sci-Ops and/or Nav Ops officer aboard in crew-spaces, AND conducting exploratory operations, can greatly enhance your chances of actually finding these "hidden/secret" item locations. Most are in and around "known" space, but also there's a lot in and around "unknown" space. It's like a box of chocolates.... never know whatcher gonna get! Use the "triangulation" technique, or Atollski's Nav/Map program and stuff......help yourself find these things you desire....or chat-up a vet....they just might give you a lead on sumptin' if'n ye play nice....

The biggest closely guarded and 24/7 monitored kept secret in EM is the ability to Land on Earth! Only a few have managed!......

As for secret items, there are many hidden planets, crates, wrecks, astroids and astroid caves but they all have some of the more expensive items that you only find on some of the hidden planets!....

Crates how ever will not have some of the more lucrative expensive equipment or weapons. This is on purpose to prevent exsesive exploits!...
