It looks pretty nice, but if I understand it right it's more like aircraftâ€™s in space rather than spaceships. (No inertia).

I might give it a try since it's free thou;)

I tend to get bored with the fighting on these games using
the open source Freespace 2 Engine though.
So my interest may not last very long. : (

Yes the Ships have the "Glide" Option (Inertial Mode) but the series don't have realistic physics... but is fun!! Like Wing Commander xD

I watched a few YouTube vids on it a couple weeks ago ... but didn't see any planetside action. Can you land those Vipers anywhere?

Yeah, combat landings on the Battlestar are quite common throughout the missions.

It is a great game albeit quite short. It took me a few hours at most to complete, and I died a few times, haha.

Well, actually, my favorite BSG episode was a take-off from the movie Shane ... which took place on a planet. I was hoping to meet up with Redeye.

I've played this and I really enjoyed it. I wish they had more Raptor missions (that's my favorite Colonial ship from the new seriers). I might do a Let's Play for it after I do some more EM episodes.
