Every time i logg in my ship explode and it ask me to restore the last save... seems like the game saved while my ship got destroyed
is there anyway to roll back on the save or continu after the explosion without loading the saved game?

You can send your pilot profile to Vice via starwraith.com > contact and see if he can fix it for you. 
I'd also suggest saving to a couple different profiles every so often so that you can just change profiles if it happens again.

Also make sure you did not press F7 accidentally. If you did just when you log on press Alt+F7!....
