In this post I will explain the ranking system of the Freedom Fighters clan. Promotions, people receiving medals and recruitment will be posted on this thread.

The ranking system will be as follows.

Rank requirements for promotion
(these are all approximations. Judgment of clan commanders or higher ranked clan members will be included for actual promotions)

* Warrant officer

requirements:

        Advanced: Rapid planetary descend, black hole jumping, jumping inside a spherical station, instant jumpgate entry, good understanding of the navmap
        
        Expert: Complete inertial flight, inertial circling, reverse thrusting, quick contracting
        * Combat skills:
        Basic: 20 AI kills
        
        Advanced: 100 AI kills, 50 Vonari kills
        
        Expert: 1000 AI kills, 200 vonari kills, 10 capital ship kills, military rank of commander or more
        * Formation flying skills:
        Basic: Initiation to formation flight
        
        Advanced: Ability to do complex maneuvers in formation
        
        Expert: Successfully leading a formation
        
        * PvP skills:
        Basic: 1 player kill
        
        Advanced: 5 player kills
        
        Expert: 5 veteran player kills (Players who have a decent amount of PvP experience)
        
        Elite: Awarded to pilots for having displayed for PvP skills above Expert
        
        Master: Awarded to pilots who have proven their mastery of PvP combat
        * Maintenance:
        level 1: Helping the clan perform maintenance of territory
        
        level 2: Performing contracts for territory maintenance on a regular basis
        
        level 3: Building stations/destroying unnamed stations/claiming new territory for the clan
        * Clan defense:
        Defending the clan from losing territory.
        *Allied clan defense:
        Defending the allies of the clan from losing territory.
        * Clan war:
        Active duty in clan battles or wars.
        * Leadership:
        Leading a squad of lower ranked clan members in Clan defense or Clan battles
        * Command:
        Taking command in a clan war
        * Flight instruction:
        Teaching new players basic piloting skills
        * Combat instruction:
        Teaching new players basic combat skills
        * PvP instruction:
        Teaching new players basic PvP skills
        * Formation flight instruction:
        Teaching new players basic Formation flying skills
        * Entrepreneur:
        Basic: Earning your first 100 million credits
        
        Advanced: Earn 500 million credits
        
        Expert: Earn 2 billion credits
        
        * Legend:
        Acquiring the legendary civil rating
        * Veteran:
        Acquiring the military rank of Fleet Admiral
        * Explorer:
        Traveling to following systems: Riftspace, Sol, Andromeda, Lost Rucker, Wolfzone, Actarius OR discovering 6 uncharted systems yourself.
        * Rescue:
        Helping out a player that ran out of fuel
        
        Outstanding Search and Rescue: Refuelling a player under extreme circumstances.
        * Pilgrim:
        Circumnavigate the Freedom Fighters homeworld with a terrain walker
        * Hawkido:
