Dedicated Server (Listed) but not accessible in Server List

Okay so I am trying out the 2d and 3d server which the 2d is a tad bit buggy but with some edits in the text2.dat it pretty much fixes itself. So basically I can direct connect (locally) and people outside of my LAN can connect (all through Direct IP) but no server list for me... The 2d and 3d program both show "Listed: (Public)"

That is of course the 2d showing it, I just cannot figure it out...

Just need to follow the needed steps for registering your server. E-mail me the text2.dat file once you have it configured and tested (to the address at starwraith.com > contact), also include your reference ID for your license to the game in the message field of the e-mail.
