Haven't been on the forum or the game for a while (life getting in the way a bit) but I'm still around!
I've just posted my latest Evochron video which I thought I'd share here if anyone's interested... it's part 2 of my flight log, I've included the link to part 1 if you haven't already seen that.
Nice conversion on that second bandit ... then staying on his six 'till the kill. But, when you said you were out of missiles, I counted three on the rack.
Awesome stuff Sinbad!
Say, that little zoom in thing you did when fighting the bandits in video 2, was that post-production work?

The major difference between a thing that might go wrong and a thing that cannot possibly go wrong is that when a thing that cannot possibly go wrong goes wrong it usually turns out to be impossible to get at or repair.
Thanks for the encouraging comments. @ Auto Jack, yes I added the zoom effect in editing. Not sure if there's an in-game option for that but it would be quite cool to have.
Haha thought so, and it would be cool to have indeed.
Hey, a new pilot was asking about you in MP the other day, said he wanted to thank you and that your videos were the reason he bought the game. For the life of me I can't remember his name but I thought you should know regardless!

They get better and better Sinbad!
Nice work using the proximity mines for special effects. It's obvious you don't need any help but hit me up if you ever need someone to stand of to the side and shoot fulcrums or do flybys in a damaged ship.

Yes I had thought of that at one point. Will it still work on any server? ... I thought it relied on player built stations that were on the old Remula 1 server.

If you mean the Quest for Peace, it only requires a pilot profile which has completed the default quest and no other quest mod. For stations other than those already found on the server, you are directed to build your own. To check for the first message, after installing the quest file, go to the News section via F3 (standard). Note: eventually, a science officer will come in handy when doing the QfP.
