[EM] 1.828 Error box coming up *FIXED*

Greetings

Ive just bought EVO and installed it however it gets to 100% of the load music starts in the background and I get a windows error box coming up and the game wont proceed.
Im using a amd 4.8 processor gtx 480 video card 4 gig of ram.
The error says error signature\\App name evochronmercenary.exe
Appversion 1.0.0.0 modname bdprotextdebug.dll
When you open the technical info there is a lot of modules and zeros etc

tried a few things suggested on this site but nothing appears to work

I am also running xp with service pack 3 also dont have anti virus or firewall runnning

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for your support it was the outdated video drivers works excellent now.
