I've been modifying the sounds for EM and I've run into a problem. It seems that the sound associated w/ capital ship flak isn't listed in the customizing kit. Am I dense, or can anyone offer some useful insight?

No, you aren't dense
Vice didn't list every file in the kit readme.
However you can see every file used in the game by opening "EvochronData.evo" in the main directory. It's an encrypted .zip file, so you can't actually open any of them but you can see their filenames. There also aren't any subdirectories so you have to know where to put your replacement file: [EM main folder]\\sounds\\flak.wav in this case, for example.
In the .evo file is a file called "flak.wav", so I just tried replacing that and sure enough that is the sound for capital ship flak.
I'm in the process of making a complete sound pack, and have been looking for this file too, so this was great to find!
Hope this helps!

Thank you for the excellent tip. I now have a complete list of sound events to work with.
