Great Twilly.

Just buy a Station Detonator and park yourself outside the station.
Deploy the Bomb and stay in the vicinity until the countdown is finished.
(Within 1500 from the station but not so close that you will dock.)

If any of those 2 fails or if you die, you lose the bomb!

Good luck!;)

 When deploying station detonators, do not aim for the docking bay ... aim for the middle of the station (where you see the blue box). ;)

It sure would be nice if something would show up in my signature box. Testing, 1..2..3..

Edit: Nevermind, it doesn't happen retroactively is all. Hurray!

Anyone know why Onyx system on USA-NC is so damn aggressive? Got reds coming out of the woodwork there. Is there a way to calm it down?

 You can only calm down Onyx in SP. Global reputation doesn't change in MP.

It does change in MP, the only thing is you will not notice the change because the text of Hostile in MP does not change.
I have pacified every known System in SP and when I go into MP I do not encounter that many reds any more!...;):P:cool:

Well I finally got around to blowing up my station...and the server isn't there.

Bummer. Today was a good day for blowing stuff up.

I realize now that the server has just changed names. How nice. I still didn't blow up my station, lacking a detonator and all, but I did contract up Onyx and Orion to 100% before I nearly burned dinner.

Dinner time.

It would appear so, Mike. :)

I wish there was a faster way to get from Onyx to AC.

Maybe a friendly wormhole or a wayward gate...

The enemies in Onyx are much harder than the ones in Orion. The reds in Orion explode if you give them a dirty look and flash your mirrors.

The "Ace" that I was contracted to kill in Orion didn't even have time to finish taunting me before her ship was a smoldering ruin. :D

I have this IMG mission thing from Cerulean, where I need to take out a Capital ship that's being escorted by 4 fighters. Being that I really suck at combat, if someone would be kind enough to walk me through, step-by-step, how to succeed in this, I'd be much appreciative. Thanks in advance.

 Easy ...

1. Log on to the brand new Galactica server.

2. Open Chat (via the Enter key).

3. Type in a request that someone assist you in your quest.

4. Send your request to all players (again, via the Enter key).

5. Stand by while help arrives.

Onyx and AC are up to 100%.

Would have done them all but the contract gods were not feeling generous tonight, everything was combat with 8 fighters or more. Sheesh. Well, and cleaning solar arrays, but that's just the worst.

Where are my simple fetch contracts, EM? Huh? Cut a Twilly some slack.

Yep.

Yeah, that's the smart thing to do. But I'm an impulsive person, so when presented with 9 enemies at a waypoint and cleaning a solar array, I just bite the bullet and go after the reds. It's more time consuming but I just can't stand cleaning solar arrays.

I figure I could jump to another station, but then what if I got there and there were only 5 contracts, all of which were for cleaning solar arrays? What then? I apologize for the amount of dirty solar arrays currently floating around in HB controlled territories, but hey...it is what it is.

Alternicirque tonight, hopefully I'll see some of you on tomorrow.

Orion, Onyx and Sirius at 100% which is saying something because they've been neglected. I didn't make it over to AC because I don't know a good route to AC from Sirius, and after 45+ contracts I was tired.

What? No broken bones??? Then you're not doing it right. What level did you have your thrusters set to? Did you do any uphill skiing or did you just stick to downhill? What kind of weapon did you use to clear your path? I generally stick to ballistic weapons as energy weapons can be unreliable in the cold. I just wing the children, I'm not heartless.

I remember the first time I went skiing we started with instructions on the bunny hill, a slope so tame it's essentially flat. The jump to "beginner" is quite a leap. I took out a little girl on my first trip down.

My ex-girlfriend convinced me to try the intermediate hill after lunch, but I hadn't property re-attached my skis. I ended up getting tangled in the safety net. When I finally got free I couldn't stop or steer at the bottom of the hill and crashed into people waiting in line for the lift. I'm lucky I didn't break my ankles. I found out after that my boots weren't property attached, but I was done with skiing. Into the hot tub for me.

Hope you had fun, now go shoot something in space. Pew pew pew!
