 A pilot called "Turbo" got in over his head with LL. He was happy to join IM after SeeJay assured him we were a peace-loving clan. Last I saw, Turbo was building IM trade stations in the territory Starbuck initially claimed for us ... one of the (at the time, empty) gated star systems in the southeast. When he's ready, one of us can coax Turbo toward Sanctuary.

You'll be welcome to eat something at Denny's too.... I heard there's such a franchise on Earth too.... lol

I hope [LL] won't enforce the KOS policy with our new member and let everyone keep free of conflicts.
Best regards

Don‘t worry about it Denny, he ain‘t on our KOS list. Its gonna take a lot more to cause major hostilities with us. [IM] is a much respected veteran clan with good history. About the Denny‘s, we have plenty of those where I live, 24/7 diner for those with strange cravings lmao.:):D:P

 Yeah ... it's too bad Italy got stuck with McDonald's instead of a few Denny's ... the food is better (meaning "healthier" ... 'though not as healthy as your standard Sardinian dish) for you. My wife still can't stomach bacon and eggs (with hash browns and toast) for breakfast.

:o Btw, as mentioned in the EU thread, we are at a crossroads. I'll check the EU server today to see how our percentages are doing. But, if (as EU indicated) that server will be down whenever it needs to be used for business ... well, let that be a major consideration as to where we maintain ourselves. As of now, we've made enough progress on the US North Carolina server for it to be workable.

;) Just my two cents.

 Well, I don't know the worth of a quid. If it's more than a penny, would that count as a giant quid?

LMAO!

Stability and safety goes before anything else to me. So US should be.

If we're to migrate often from server to server, then there is no point in territory unless those carry between machines.

 If there's any carryover, it's accidental. I'll be on the USA server today, getting all territories up to speed. My only regret is that, once again, I'm splitting contracts between two pilot profiles. It's either that or spend half my log-on time shuttling in and out of Sanctuary. (Ah ... just remembered ... must mod a quadrant map to show Sanctuary's location.)

In fact, Turb is on our KOS list. Unless it was changed verbally with no posting or email. I told IM pilots when they were talking to him in USA_NC and he asked about being recruited that he was KOS regardless of clan tag because of his actions. He asked to join IM within 15 or so minutes of being told he was KOS to LL (at the time he was wearing SG tags and initially we couldnt shoot him down; once it was confirmed that his SG tags were not authorized and we could- he was placed on KOS and asked to join you) The only reason he joined IM I think is to drag more into it. He has joined multiple clans JUST to fight LL/FF and run his mouth with their tag.

The guy has done a lot of stupid stuff to annoy specifically me, and then stays hidden while running his mouth.

It's nothing against IM as a whole, just a poor decision for a recruit.

If the behaviour of a guild member would cause troubles to IM or be deemed inappropriate, we'll consider it and take the actions we'll decide.

Meanwhile, until that day, he's an IM pilot and will be considered as such.

I may respectfully suggest LL to sort out the issue internally as two members expressed opposing statement and at least on my part I'm a little confused.

Be however advised that we're not looking for troubles with any of the estabilished guilds and clans, but that we'll protect our members and assets to the best of our capability.

This I hope is the voice of all IM and I'm willing to see Marvin's and Starbuck's confirmation.

 Turbo helped establish our territory in Lambda without bothering anybody (except Red AI). And I assume he will be plenty busy keeping IM's two "local" territories up to speed. If, like Jean Valjean, he he hounded by a corresponding Inspector Javert, Turbo can always retreat to Sanctuary ... where there is plenty to do and plenty to see.

You might talk to Arthur. The only confusion is that Marc wasnt on when that information went out and I was, which is why I know about the decision.

 Well, KOS is really not a concern when talkling about Sanctuary. Robin Hood was KOS too. Maybe we should change the name from Sanctuary to Sherwood Forest.

I see Tristan, please make Arthur informed of the situation and of IM standing so that we may eventually resolve all the issue without useless angering and hopefully once and for all.
