My apologies Maarschalk to the gentleman in the picture. There is no way possible that Maarschalk could look like that handsome gentleman in the picture! What was I thinking?

It was the EU server, but by the time I found out it had gone. I think it's now the USA - NC server, if you can get onto it at busy times :)

I miss the old crowd as well :(

Yeah, It is weird.
I don't see many "old timers" around lately either.
To many servers maybe, LOL

I play in Evo-Horizons and USA SC.
Second one normally has a few more people playing.

I've been laughing all the way thru this thread, but just so I know if I should be laughing with you or at you all, tell me...is this organization of OLD pilots based on time spent in reality, time spend in Evochron's space, or does it have anything to do with the Universal Senility rate for really OLD guys?

It is all relatively related to your age and culture. That is, what ever they call you when you have a moment where some screws are loose or have gone missing and you can't remember who, why, where, what, when or how. I call it the five ws of relativity and the h of how relativity works!......Yoda moment is relatively speaking just an easier way to explain what I just tried to explain!.....;):P:P:P:P:P

Based on the wide variety of answers, I have come to the conclusion that senility is an asset required by all Evochrone Mercenaries so that they have something to blame whenever they can't find their way home, while so-called "Yoda Moments" are a common epiphany all pilots experiance whenever they choose to fly off toward a distant target in normal space instead of using a jumpgate. It may not really mean much at all, however it it does sound a lot better than having to admit you made a BIG mistake in navigation and/or fuel consumption figures. It also seems that the OEA members of my approx age, ( 57 come Wednesday!), are missing! I suspect this problem is actually a combination of senility AND "Yoda Moment" envy...not to be confused with the ever increasing popularity of penis envy, which is also quite common when an old senile pilot has nothing better to think about while making that three month run to Andromeda. OEA is really starting to feel like the clan for me! So if any of you are members of this group and are proud to admit being so, do you guys ever get together on TeamSpeak to setup MP actions, games vs. other clans, talking strategy, or just debating important questions such as wether or not it really IS a floor wax AND a desert topping for the hundreth time?
If so, give me the tech data so I can jump on and get to know some of you old Farts. And remember...methane, just like revenge, is a dish best served cold!

Uh...Ya, well! Some subjects are simply too deep for us old, senile, hippie types. But don't let it make you feel bad...just think of days like that being just like days like that. After awhile you'll even forget days like that being just like days like that. BTW...what day is it?

I might be 34, but I've gained enough wisdom to start believing in the 'hereafter'. In other words, I'll suddenly stand up go, to a different room, stare of into space, and ask myself "What am I here after?". :P
