I never got to answer your question, which is actually very simple to answer and relatively speaking not that difficult.
Even if you do not know math or are not educated you could figure this one out on your own and you do not need to know everything.
The answer is:

The Server that is closest to you and has the best ping for you and is in your time zone so you can play at the same time as your friends on line!....:P:P:P:P:P
