Don't sweat it, bro. I'm not really sure what you do with 24GB of RAM anyway. I upgraded mine from 4 to 8GB only to find that XP can only see / use 4 GB.From post: 125892, Topic: tid=8261, author=miguelsz2 wrote:Meh... Guess I'll be Mr. Lowspecs.

Oh, how in the world did I miss this my first browse through? Please ignore my post down below.
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
Motherboard: ASRock A770DE+
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 5400+ (Clocked at 2.9 GHz)
GPU: GeForce GTS 450
RAM: 4 GB of DDR2
Peripherals:
Microsoft Sidewinder Precision Pro (Joystick)
--Still surprised this is working accurately and well! Was thinking I would need to buy a new one.
Planar PX2230MW 22" LCD Touch Monitor
Keyboard
An old system that I keep upgrading piece by piece over time. Next upgrade is likely for the CPU & Memory together, when the prices drop on the AM3+ CPUs with 6 Cores and DDR3 RAM. I'm still shocked that the Joystick is still holding up exceedingly well...

I totally regretted buying the 480 GTX, because the 580 came out shortly after I bought two of the 480s :<. And the fact that the 580 is so much cooler. My 480s consistently hit 90-95 degrees celcius under stress.

I'm using a Thrustmaster Hotas X flight stick - was fairly cheap, like $40 or so on Amazon, but honestly I'm regretting not getting an X52/X45 or something better. Still, this stick is pretty good for the cash - has plenty of buttons, a decent throttle control, no driver issues. Durability seems OK, but tough to say in the long run. The stick itself feels a bit stiff though, and overall you can just tell it isn't up to par with some of the more expensive flight sticks.
Still, no complaints, loving the game - Freelancer player here from years back, good to see that this genre is still hanging on
