Crashing at Carrier Shipyard screens

Most of the time, when I choose a Military ship (Aries) and equip it the game immedeatly crashes with this message:

Runtime error 502 - image does not exist at line 62332

This is a pretty recent problem, does anyone know what it means? I'm running the default game - no mods installed.

Is it a consistent behavior with a set pattern of actions? If so, please send me the profile you are working with and the equipping steps you take so I can try to duplicate it. If it's intermittent, it could be interference from something else running in the background. I'd also be interested in a msinfo report on the system: http://www.starwraith.com/evochronmercenary/faq.htm#8

I had that happen several times as well and only at the Carrier in Talison conflict. Try going to a regular station for equipment then Save at Station then try a different Carier in a different sector. If the error does not happen again at a different Carrier then Save again at the different Carrier and go back to the Carrier you got the problem and try again and if the problem persist at that particular Carrier then it is location specific and something in your profile saved at that particular carrier causing the problem but my problem went a way.....

@Maar This actually happened at the Carrier in the Talison Conflict Zone.
@Vice Thank's for taking interest, but it really isn't consistant at all. I just equip a Military Frame and soon after it crashes. Sometimes it doesn't. Then it does again.

But.... the problem seems to have stopped as randomly as it started. It only happened about 3 times, randomly... but the problem disappered since...really weird.

Should I still send you that info/ms stuff?
