People unable to get to the forums.

It seems there are several people unable to get to these forums for some reason.

This might be a problem for potential players trying to ask questions or get technical support.

Are they being blocked somehow?

Is it they can't connect or that they can't register?:)

From what I have seen from the messages they are unable to connect at all. Error 403 mainly. Could be an IP range blocked.
