Jumping Quadrants

Hi everyone, apologies. I am trying to get to Olympus Prime from Sapphire. Are there portals to get to different Quadrants, I cant find them in game or documentation

The gate to Olympus (purple blip on nav screen) is at 1,0,0.

Gates show up as purple on the the nav screen.
