single computer running server and client?

Dunno if this is dooable or not. I got the ports open and and can host a mp game fine now. What i'd like to do is run the server program so my few friends can play on it whenever but i can still log in with a local client separately.

I may be wrong but I do not think you can run a server & play on the same computer at the same time.

Hi Llohe, welcome to the game and forum...Hope to see you out there some time!.....

And yes you can use a seperate client to log on localy on your Server to play with your friends, you can not use the Server as a Client at the same time I believe but I could be wrong...
