I'm BA(Better Ace) and as an Indie I can Welcome any one any way I want. Treat others as you would treat yourself! So I'm doing Clan [BA] a favour by treating new [BA] members the way they want to be treated and welcomed! Bossk, Dengar & Cade-Bane i salute you ! I realised alot has been going on, even though for me it only seemed like a minute or two. It is with a sad face and much mourning, that i must report a horrible loss. The only way i was ever able to get out of the wormhole was to jettison my X52 and detonate the microfusion-reactor inside it. This in turn created a cataclysmic mini-bigbang event that, coupled together with a carefully planned jumpdrive manuver, shot me out of the wormhole and back into reality. But alas, my vectors were only off by a microt and i somehow ended up one year into the future.

The short version, im reduced to flying mouse and keyboard. *Sniff*. X52 i salute you ! You saved my life !

Clan BA have a very strict entry policy. To be sure you fit in I need to know a few things:

1. Do you like to get involved in combat when you know you are hopelessly out gunned, outnumbers and doomed to die a horrible flaming death but don't really care because you want to take as many down with you as you can?

2. Are you marginally (or fully, I dont mind) mentally unstable?

3. Despite any mental issues, will you fight with honour, because we do have some, and not cause the clan any issue and fly according to our guidelines?

If the answer is yes to the above points, then welcome! I am not always able to enter the fray at the moment, but I am sure you will see Cad Bane around. You are very welcome to fly alone if you wish. Our only real rule is to not cause grief to pilots, new or old. We are here to cause a nuisance, not to be despised. We are a very fun clan and provide a welcome comic relive as well as decent target practice to all!

All you need to do is add the tag [BA] to the front of you pilot name. BTW, what skills do you have other than the desire to get shot at? Also some kind of witty avatar is required!

I will post details of our clan only TS channel to you via U2U. The details of the server can be found in my signature.

B.A.S.C Communique

From: B.A.S.C
To: All Clan BA pilots

Subject: BA Protocol

It has come to my attention that the BA Protocol may not be being followed by all pilots. As a reminder, here is the jist of it:

1. If a Clan BA pilot wishes to "welcome" a new pilot then they MUST provide a warning via text chat for all to see that they intend to attack the pilot. Make sure the intended target is named and that the text chat is visible. There may be lag on the server, so if in doubt, don't engage. This message must also advice the target to save their progress.

2. Once the target has been engaged, and hopefully destroyed, the Clan BA pilot is to leave that pilot alone. A text chat message must be sent explaining that the target is now safe unless they return fire. In that case a warning should be issued and then you can re-engage.

3. Under no circumstances is a Clan BA pilot to attack a new pilot more than once unless they have continued the engagement. Ensure that a text chat message is broadcast detailing what will happen if the target continues to attack you.

4. If any pilot asks to be left alone, then you must follow that request and leave alone.

5. The only time that an attack can be carried out without warning is if the Clan BA pilot is attacked or the clan is in a state of conflict with the other clan.

6. This protocol is only allowed on servers that are aware of it. Server operators will report infringements to me and I will deal with the pilot. The server operator however has the final say in if a pilot is banned or kicked. Appeals can be sent via U2U to myself or Dengar and the server operator with full details of the offending incident.

Please ensure that all pilots follow this rule. We don't have many, but we have fought long and hard for our way of play.
