Dedicated Server Questions

I am also having an issue with the 2d Dedicated server. It will not host the game. I can run the 3d server fine and it will host the game and allow people to join, but this is a box that normally does not have a display attached.

Thanks for responding to i3d.net! They seem to have worked out the kinks and we're able to run the server now with no problems!

Out of curiosity what was their problem with the hosting?

They were able to get it to work by switching a rendering mode. New options are being integrated into the server program for those options. There is one more remaining issue that I'm trying to get fixed, then it should be ready for testing.

Unfortunately the same problem still exists. i3d.net said they'll be contacting you about this

I hope it gets sorted out 8(
