Mmmm....that rubber chicken puree really gives it a smooth finish, with notes of oak, rose petals, and despair.

Not sure about the rubber chicken puree, sounds like a good wine, but then I thought Merlot or a Zinfandel, when you hinted at despair.

I didn't expect to see another quebecois here. I've been to val d'or once. I was born (and lived for twenty years) in ferme-neuve near mont-laurier. Which is still far from val d'or but much closer than montreal. :-p (I assume you speak french, as i do, but since this is an english forum I thought it bad form to write in a language most people here can't udnerstand)
