I was looking for a program to show my Ping rate so I could see what was happening in my gaming and found this site;
http://www.pcwintech.com/ . It has a bunch of free programs of which one is called Simple Ping. You can modify if a bit as far as the display and working but I use it to show me when I have too many things using my connection at once. It says that your virus program my see it as a virus but mine did not say anything. I have only tried the Ping display program so far. I use it on my work laptop on our network and when I see a spike in the ping rate I look to see if one of my guys is (lol) downloading videos or such.

What do the numbers on the top leftof the screen with the ~ key tell us? the first is the frame rate but what about the next two?
