All constructions are completed. Contracting is in progress.
All members will make sweaps of our systems and bring them back up to 100% if needed.

I have notified them earlier that they are Honorably Discharged from HB.
Somehow that hasn't reached them since they still fly with HB tags.
They are no longer HB and if they do any actions out there against
any clan or pilot, it's not authorized by HB leader and I can not be held responsible
for their actions.

I'm working out ROE with LeXOR and until further notice, we follow standard HB ROE.
